Wirt iż-Żejtun has issued a competition for the design of a logo to commemorate the 400 year anniversary from the last Turkish attack. The logo chosen will be used by the organisation during the activities which are being planned for next year. The winning design will receive a reward of €100.

A presentation given by Ms Giulia Privitelli on the 19th November 2013 on her research about the history of the Zejtun Parish Church.
By participating actively in Wirt iż-Żejtun you will be learning more and adding to your knowledge. Now this is also being rewarded since you can add such experience into the Secondary School Certificate and Profile. Wirt iż-Żejtun will be giving a participation certificate to Form 1 to Form 5 students attending our activities.

Wirt iż-Żejtun had organised this activity for children in August 2011 in which Mr Lino Psaila had showed those attending how they make a "manuċċa" (a kite).
