If you are a secondary school student, you have been informed lately on the changes which have been introduced in the Secondary School Certificate and Profile.
As from this year, this certificate, will include all formal, non-formal and informal activities organised by the College or school the student is attending. It will also include any informal learning which takes place outside school hours.
Wirt iż-Żejtun has been registered and accredited by the Directorate for Quality and Standards in Education (DQSE) and the Malta Qualifications Council (MQC). What does this mean? This means that secondary school student who participate actively in our organisation and attend regularly to our activities, besides benefiting immensely from the knowledge acquired, such learning experience will now be given value in the Secondary School Certificate and Profile.
We are therefore encouraging more students of this age and younger to register as young members with Wirt iż-Żejtun and participate actively in the events we hold.
