On the 6th July 2012, Wirt iż-Żejtun had organised an informative activity about Maltese folk singing. Mr Charles Coleiro and Mr Steve Borg were invited to share information about Maltese Għana with those present. Folk singers Mikiel Cumbo and Zeppi Spagnol accompanied by guitar players Janice Spagnol and Gustu Zammit performed some folk pieces.
