The ninth issue of Wirt iż-Żejtun newsletter “Biex Inżommuk Infurmat” has just been released.
The editorial of the newsletter focuses on and explains the position taken by Wirt iż-Żejtun against the proposal being driven by the Żejtun Local Council to open a new road at Ħajt il-Wied. The front-page includes a short report about the visit paid to Dr Lawrence Gonzi by representatives of the Executive Committee when they presented a copy of the first publication by our organisation. The news column carries a brief report about the sudden loss of Fr Eric Overend.
The back-page gives an overview in pictures of the activities held in the past weeks and a teaser on our next activity to be held on the 12th July at the “Ġnien tal-Kmandant”.
