NEWS: Donation of Wirt iż-Żejtun publications for Public Libraries

On Friday 5th December committee representatives of Wirt iż-Żejtun presented the Minister of Education and Employment Evarist Bartolo, in the presence of the Permanent Secretary, Mr Joseph Caruana and the Director of the National Archives, Mr Oliver Mamo, with 100 copies of the NGO’s publications ‘The Żejtun Roman Villa-Research, Conservation, Management’ and ‘The Turkish Raid of 1614’. This donation will be distributed among public libraries as part of Wirt iż-Żejtun’s mission to increase awarness and appreciation of Malta’s heritage.
