NEWS: Can. Rev. George Spiteri chosen as new parish priest of Imqabba

On the 25th anniversary of his priesthood, Can. Rev. George Spiteri has been chosen by the Archbishop as the new parish priest of Imqabba.

Dun George as known by the Żejtun community, his home town, was born in 1957 and raised at ir-Raħal ta’ Fuq. He was ordered as a priest in 1987 and since then served as vice-parish priest in the parishes of Tarxien, Kalkara and Marsaxlokk.

Dun George is a member of Wirt iż-Żejtun.  Whilst congratulating him for his new role we wish him success in this position.
