This publication includes a collection of papers which were presented by academics and experts at a symposium about the Roman Villa at Zejtun, organized by Wirt iż-Żejtun, a local voluntary organisation working in the heritage sector.
The papers presented deal with the most three important disciplines involved on this archaeological site: research, conservation and management.
Although one could easily attribute this publication as an academic one, the themes presented are easily understood by everyone since the issues considered are not only informative but also practical ones.
Moreover the papers are a hive of knowledge about an important archaeological site, which until the recent excavations lead by the Department of Archaeology and Classics of the University of Malta, was not appreciated as it should have been. More info….
